To assist you in getting accurate, up-to-date nutrition information, the Student Health Services dietitian will answer questions submitted online.  Some examples of appropriate questions include:

  • “What is the best post workout protein choice?”
  • “I often choose high calorie sweeteners for my coffee and expresso drinks, what is a healthy alternative that still tastes good?”
  • “I would like to eat more fruits and vegetables in my diet but they are so expensive.  What suggestions do you have?”

We cannot provide dietary plans electronically.  If you would like a specific diet plan tailored to your needs, please schedule an appointment online or by calling 919-515-7107.
