Redefine the way you live! Health Promotion and Student Health Services have partnered to offer this exciting 6 week weight loss program for currently enrolled NC State students. The program’s structured approach to weight loss encourages behavioral changes and motivates students to achieve their goals.

  • Professional guidance from a Registered Dietitian
  • Weekly fitness tips

Spring 2014 Meetings
Session 1: January 28- March 4 (Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 p.m.)
Session 2: March 19 – April 23 (Wednesdays 4:30 -5:30 p.m.)

We will meet in room 2301 of the Student Health Center. Registration opens January 8, 2014.  First step, schedule a one-on-one appointment with the Registered Dietitian online. Next, pay the session fee of $35 at the Student Health cashier prior to the start date of the session you plan to attend. Register today!
