Currently enrolled students who have paid the Student Health fee may take advantage of Health Promotion’s Fit for U program. A certified personal trainer will consult with students on a variety of fitness topics offering practical tips for success and will address unique questions during an hour’s confidential consultation. Whether you are new or a veteran exerciser, a personal trainer can provide valuable information to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Your trainer may help you with cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance training, sport-specific improvements, or referrals to other professionals.
