In order to reach out to students, faculty, and staff, the Counseling Center has designed workshops on mental health and academic topics of interest to the campus community.
Please register online for workshops. If you have any difficulties or questions, call the Counseling Center at 919-515-2423.
Please register for workshops by noon on the day of the workshop. Please check-in a few minutes early in Student Health Center Room 2301.
The Counseling Center also develops customized workshops for residence halls, academic classes, campus or student organization on request. However, please keep in mind that customized workshop development takes time. Please complete this form if you would like to request a customized workshop.

Please keep in mind, however, that we may need additional time to develop customized workshops for you.
